Delivery & Returns


We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control. In such cases Barkers shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

If the goods that you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 business days.

If the goods are not in stock we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 28 business days of receipt of your order.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 28 days, you may cancel your order without charge and receive a full refund of any payment made.

Deliveries will be made by courier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery. The courier will contact you in advance to advise you of an estimated time of delivery.

If there is no one present to accept delivery on the arranged date, you may be charged for storage and re-delivery costs.

You must inspect your goods when you take delivery of them and note damages (if any) on the delivery documentation. You must unpack and fully inspect your goods within 24 hours of delivery and notify us in writing of any other fault – we will not be held liable for any faults or damages notified to us after this time.

Currently Barkers only deliver within the Island of Ireland, however purchases can be made from other countries.


Your name in our Exchange Book entitles the named person to an exchange/credit note if product is returned in 28 days.

Promotional products bought at reduced prices may be returned within 14 days with receipt for a exchange/credit note. Any additional complimentary gifts given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods which the gift related.

Items which have been Reduced in Price to Clear cannot be returned.

For safety and hygiene reasons our exchange/refund policy does not extend to a small number of products such as;

  • Earrings
  • Cosmetics
  • Hand Lotions
  • Body Lotions

We cannot refund or exchange beauty items including toiletries and cosmetics which have been opened, tested or partially used and which cannot be returned in the same physical state to which they were purchased.  This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.

You may return the product via post or in store, with the original confirmation email and receipt.

The failure by to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
