Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Barkers Wexford.
  2. Barkers Wexford is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management and fulfilment of the prize.
  3. The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of Barkers Wexford, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
  4. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the competition is free.
  5. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries made by the same person from various Facebook accounts or from the same IP address will not be accepted.
  6. To enter simply answer the question in a comment under the competition post on the Barkers Wexford Facebook page. Comments left under the competition Terms & Conditions note will not be accepted as an entry.
  7. Prize offered is as stated; 3 Newbridge Silverware and 3 Tipperary Crystal Christmas Decorations
  8. Items can not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  9. The competition will run on Tuesday 10th November 2015 until midnight. No Exceptions.
  10. The winning entry will be chosen at random and the winner will be announced on Barkers Wexford Facebook page on; Wednesday 112th November 2015.
  11. Barkers Wexford will contact the winner via Facebook.
  12. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond by Monday 16th November to winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
  13. Barkers Wexford may choose to contact entrants in the future with relevant competition/announcements relating to Barkers Wexford.
